Using Dealer Drive saves considerable time and eliminates the need for arduous paperwork as all data is recorded straight into the mobile device. Dealer Drive works by seamlessly capturing valuable customer and vehicle data during a customer test drive or when issuing a loan vehicle.
One of the key elements to effectively managing a dealership is having the right information available to make informed decisions. Dealer Drive promotes confidence in dealership reporting by providing detailed, accurate and timely data. With a dedicated Dealership Stats section, Dealer Drive provides transparency on dealership performance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - in real time.

- How do Dealerships subscribe?
Click on the 'Sign Up' page on our website and Dealer Drive will take you through the simple sign-up process.
Once the sign-up process is complete, Dealer Drive will send you a verification email to complete the set-up.

- Will each staff member need to purchase the Dealer Drive app?
No, Dealer Drive is FREE to download from both the Apple App Store and Google Play for Android.
Once the nominated person from your dealership has signed in, they simply log-in via the Dealer Drive web app www.imotor.com.au/dealer-drive/ and invite relevant staff to sign-up for FREE.
- How do I pay?
Dealer Drive has a monthly subscription fee. Please contact Dealer Drive for further information. Email details: sales@dealerdrive.com.au or call 1300 317 401.

Yes, please search under iPhone apps when in the App Store and download this version.

- Does Dealer Drive support Android devices?
Yes, Dealer Drive supports Android devices. Please visit Dealer Drive at Google Play to download the free app.
Dealer Drive requires Android 4.0 and above.
- Do I need to install the Dealer Drive app to be able to login to www.dealerdrive.com.au?
No, once you Sign Up you can start using the Dealer Drive Web app straight away... it's that simple!
- Can I use the Dealer Drive app on another persons device?
Yes. As long as you have your own login details, you can access the Dealer Drive App via multiple mobile devices.
- What are the mobile device requirements?
The Dealer Drive app is compatible for both Apple and Android products.
Apple Requirements - iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPhone 6, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation) and iPad. Requires iOS 6.0 or later.
Android Requirements - 4.0 and above.

- What are the internet requirements?
Dealer Drive supports the following:
- Internet Explorer 9 and above
- Google Chrome
- Safari
- Bing
If you're unsure of what your dealership has installed, please speak to your IT professional at the dealership to assist.
- What if I forget my password?
No problem! Just click on 'Forgot Password' on the login screen. Enter your email address and Dealer Drive will send you an email with password reset instructions. Once you have reset your password, please ensure you log-out of the mobile app and log back in using your new password.
- Do I need internet access to run Dealer Drive?
Yes - you need an internet connection either via WiFi or your mobile carrier to run the Dealer Drive mobile app.
- Do I need to update the Dealer Drive app?
Dealer Drive is continually releasing product enhancements and new features, so it is important you regularly check back for version updates. Simply visit the App store to download the latest version.
Inventory / Stock Integration
- Inventory / Stock Integration
This allows dealers to set up automatic stock reports directly from their DMS to Complete Dealer Services (CDS).
CDS will then convert your stock report into the Dealer Drive format and then send it directly into your Dealer Drive account.
This will ensure your stock in Dealer Drive is consistent with your DMS, and it also removes the manual uploading of your stock into Dealer Drive.

Security
- Is my dealership data secure?
Yes, all data is securely captured and is 100% owned by the dealership. Please see the Dealer Drive Terms & Policies section of our website which also includes our Privacy Policy - visit www.imotor.com.au/privacy/.
- Can anyone see my test drive and loan car data?
No, only nominated dealership staff can access your Dealership's vehicle and customer activity.
- Do I need to log-out of Dealer Drive at the end of each day?
No, there is no need to log out of Dealer Drive each day.
You only need to log out and log back in when you have reset your password.
